150 Maker Market

Welcome to the Canada 150 Maker Market happening on July 2nd at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa. Join thousands of visitors to celebrate 300 Canadian makers who will be selling their high quality, handmade items. As a nod to Canada’s amazing diversity we are making a special effort to ensure that more Canadian makers are represented including marginalized groups and First Nations artists.  We look forward to seeing you there!

The Canada 150 Maker Market is an opportunity to shop from 300 Canadian artisans.  We have curated an amazing collection of vendors that are showing off the Canadian Maker Movement at its best.  You will be shopping directly from the artisans and creative people that contribute richness and beauty to Canada.

Why?
We are proud Canadians!  That means showing off once in a while and letting people know that we make beautiful, creative, useful products.  Enjoy our air conditioned space, sip a latte and peruse our beautiful goods.

Tickets will go on sale on May 15th via our website.  Online pre-orders will offer a significant discount so purchase online for the best deal!
Tickets will be available at the door.  We take cash, credit cards and debit.
Vendors will be using their own payment systems.  Credit cards and cash payments are the safest bet.

Where?
We are located on the third floor of the Shaw Center.  The building is downtown and fully accessible.  The Shaw Center is connected to the Rideau Center, Transitway, and Westin Hotel.
