Take your serger out of storage and learn how to properly use it to finish your sewing projects. This class will teach you all the basics, from threading the machine to adjusting tension, learning to serge inside and outside corners, curves and how to use differential feed. You will also learn how to use a rolled hem to make beautiful napkins. Once you acquire these skills, you’ll never look back.
Note: Students must bring a functional serger with its manual to class. Thread and some sewing tools will be provided by Eco Equitable if needed.
