Treasurer: Allyson Chisnall
Allyson is MediaStyle's CFO and COO and wields the spreadsheets on all our projects. She is a Certified Financial Planner and leads MediaStyle's operations. Allyson has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Carleton University. She has worked for top Chartered Accounting firms on three continents including KPMG in New Zealand and Logan Katz in Ottawa. In 2005, Allyson started her own firm providing accounting and tax advice to businesses and individuals in the Ottawa region, including MediaStyle. Allyson is a native Ottawan and world traveller. As a runner and triathlete, she raises money for a number of national and international charities.

Director: Mante Molepo

Mante Molepo is a lawyer and human rights advocate She works with organizations to promote diversity, equity and inclusion. In addition to her work on the board of EcoEquitable, Mante is on the Board of Directors of Amnesty International Canada and the Parkdale Food Centre. Mante has been honoured as one of Canada’s 100 Accomplished Black Women for her advocacy efforts.

Secretary: Charlene Elgee
Charlene, a native of New Brunswick and a long-time Ottawa resident, is a retired federal government librarian with many years experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She takes great pride in more than two decades of providing information to public servants enabling them to do their jobs better, first as a reference librarian and then as a library manager. Having raised four children in Orleans, she has also been an active community member in leadership roles in Girls Guides, in school councils with the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, and with the Friends of the Ottawa Public Library.  She is currently on the board of the Canadian Immigration Historical Society and has, since retirement, worked as a contractor in management in four federal libraries.  A lifelong interest in sewing brought her to EcoEquitable and its enthusiastic, vibrant, interesting people - volunteers, staff, drop-in sewists, students and teachers - have kept her here.

Ex-Officio/Director: Anouk Bertner
Anouk has worked in social enterprises, non-profits, and sustainability for the past 10 years.  She loves to tackle complex problems with system thinking to tease out new win-win solutions.  She has worked at EcoEquitable intermediately as the Director of Business Operations and Interim ED for the last three years.  Anouk has an MBA and a degree in Physiology.  She enjoys well run public transit systems and hates red tape.
