Dates: Fridays, July 19 & 26 from 6-9PM with Carroll.

About Your Instructor:

Carroll: Carroll was first introduced to sewing by watching her mother sew to earn extra money to support the family. Carroll started sewing at the age of ten and grew up wanting to be a Fashion Designer. She attended Richard Robinson's Fashion Design School, Ottawa, Ontario, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She was an instructor at Richard Robinson's and has worked in the bridal industry constructing wedding and evening dresses. Shortly after graduating she found out she was pregnant and put her dreams on hold to raise her family. She kept busy sewing for her clients from her home creating custom made clothing. In 2018, Carroll joined the team at EcoEquitable as a teaching assistant and in 2019 took over the position as interim Instructor for Sewing for Jobs Level 2 Program. Over the next few years, Carroll became an instructor for EcoEquitable's Public Sewing Classes and previously taught Sewing for Jobs Level 1.
