EcoEquitable Textile Summit ONLY 2 DAYS LEFT!
Textile Summit 2017
The purpose of this one-day conference is to bring together those working in the textile field – from areas of apparel, accessories, woven arts, and more. There are many of us operating in Ottawa, but we don’t have a clear idea of who is out there and how to better network and collaborate with each other. We want to change that.
We aim to bring together fabric suppliers, sewing machine vendors and operators, small makers, professional made-in-Canada businesses, and those interested in joining this field. We are opening the discussion about the textile industry and bringing firsthand business experience to the table.
Learn from our keynote speakers, network with leaders in the field, and join the discussion. There will be exciting panels, as well as vendors to connect with. Mark your calendars for Friday, October 27th, 2017.
In collaboration with CreativeMornings Ottawa, we are excited to welcome Stacey Bafi-Yeboa as the morning keynote to the EcoEquitable Textile Summit 2017. Stacey is force behind KANIA, Canada’s Luxury Sweatshirt company with their flagship shop in the Byward Market and fresh off New York Fashion Week, Stacey is going to share what it takes to make it in this crazy business!
