Nana Adu, Communications Intern

Nana is a recent graduate of Carleton University's Bachelor of Commerce Program with a concentration in International Business and a minor in Mandarin. 

Born and raised in Ghana, a hub for textile design and creation, Nana Adu has always been surrounded and intrigued by the beauty in transforming fibres into lovely, wearable pieces. As a whole, she has a deep interest in art and design and has constantly desired to be involved with it at a professional level. She is thrilled to be a part of the Eco Equitable team as they intersect with her interests. She also values the empowerment that the Sewing For Jobs Program provides and is looking forward to helping further the organization's reach.
