Commemorating Our 2024 Sewing for Jobs Graduates š
On the 29th of May 2024, we hosted a Graduation Breakfast to celebrate our Sewing For Jobs Graduates who with great determination completed their Spring semester across our Level 1, 2 and 3 courses. This past semester was also the first time we trialed the Pre-Order Project, where our Level 3 students undertook the construction of the custom Everything Bag. Special thank you to Sara, our Level 1 Instructor and former Sewing for Jobs graduate, who led the pattern design and sampling that empowered the Level 3 students to learn and thrive as they completed their first paid project in a supportive classroom environment.
